You can return it at any of our convenient locations across Europe, with over 2000 stations to choose from!

What is ChargedUp?

ChargedUp has established an extensive network of stations where portable power banks are available for rent. You can either use the power bank while at the venue or take it with you to charge on the go. These power banks come equipped with their own lightning port, meaning you don't need to carry your own cable.

How does it work?

1. Open the ChargedUp app to find the nearest station.
2. Scan the QR code at the station to rent a power bank.
3. Plug in your phone using the included cable and charge on the go.
4. Return the power bank to any station displayed on the app's map.

How do I pay?

To make payment easy, simply set up your preferred payment method within the app. We offer options for cards and Apple Pay. Once you are at a station, scan the QR code, choose your pricing plan, and rent a power bank. It will slide out of the station just like a piece of toast! We want to ensure that you have peace of mind, so we cap your daily spending and remind you to return the power bank. If you choose to keep it, you will be charged the purchase price and have the option to swap it at any of our locations.
